Throughout the final week of the Spring Term, students from all year groups participated in our own mini marathon during their PE lessons.  This involved walking and / or running a distance of 2 miles.  The event was a positive experience for all and it was great to see many students embracing the challenge by running the distance without stopping.  A student who deserves a special mention is Francisca in 9A who went above and beyond and ran 2.5 miles without stopping.  We hope to be successful in the schools ballot next year to enter the official TLC London Mini Marathon event.
