What is the Thrive Approach?

Is a developmental approach meeting the needs of young people through their emotional and developmental needs. It is based on neuroscience research (mainly from Daniel Siegel) which looks at the child development and attachment theories and how this impacts adolescents (11-25 years old). Thrive states its approach as rigorous, targeted, measurable and inclusive that is done is a creativity manner.
