Write On Art Competition

Asima 10A participated in the Write on Art Competition in the UK and was selected as a winner in the Creative Writing category. This prestigious competition is organised by the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art (PMC) in collaboration with Art UK. Write on Art was created to encourage interest in art, art history, and writing among young people aged 14–19, and to promote critical engagement with artworks in local collections.

As part of this achievement, Asima attended a creative writing workshop at the Royal College of Art (RCA), London, in September, where she collaborated with other young writers and received mentoring from Jeremy Millar, artist and Head of Programme for the Writing MA at the Royal College of Art.
