The annual Sacred Heart KS3 Reading Challenge was celebrated with an award ceremony on the 4^th July. Every year students challenge themselves to read numerous books from a variety of genres. This year was a huge success with over 4, 554 books being read across Yr 7, 8 and 9.

Congratulations to all those students who received a Bronze, Silver or Gold Award. This year we also had numerous students achieving a Platinum Award, and a special mention goes to those students who achieved a Special Award, having read over 21 books from a variety of genres throughout the academic year.

Lauwrensia Tuder – Ranjith of Yr 8 was outstanding, having read over 300 books, and completing 210 book reviews!
