Dear Parents and Carers, 

Please see below a flyer regarding free parental courses led by H.O.P.E charity. This is a local charity in Harrow, whose aim is to support parents and carers with a wide range parental concerns and relationship issues in our local families. We, at The Sacred Heart championed this local charity as part of our First Give fundraising project last academic year, and to thank us for all our hard-work in fundraising and spreading awareness, they are offering the courses below completely free of charge for anyone in our school community.

The following courses are all online from 7.00-9.00pm:

• Positive Discipline: Monday 5th October
• Setting Limits defining Boundaries: Monday 12th October
• How to reduce screen time: Monday 19th October
