PARISH ENGAGEMENT

December 2025
We are grateful to our parish priests who have agreed to serve as Chaplains for KS3: Fr Antonio from St Theresa’s for Year 7, Fr Francis from St John Fisher for Year 8, and Fr Raja from St Gabriel’s for Year 9. Fr Francis visited Year 8 classes this December, with a Mass and confessions planned for Lent.
Parishes are also supporting our Christmas hamper collection for the Catholic Children’s Society, with donations already coming in from local communities. Fr Raja and Antonio will be coming to visit Year 9 and Year 7 in the New Year. They will also celebrate Mass for their year groups and hear confessions during the Lenten Season.

St Matthew says: ‘Happy are those who are merciful to others; God will be merciful to them.’ The Word must be followed by action and again our pupils and parents excelled themselves in showing love for our neighbour by contributing generously to the various appeals. In Advent, in preparation for Christmas, the students collect items for Christmas Hampers. As usual, there has been a huge response to the appeal. The Parishioners of St Josephs, Wealdstone and St Theresa of the Child Jesus donated items for which we thank and assure them of our prayers. The Hampers have been shared between our pupils and the Catholic Children’s Society.
