harrow borough athletics championships 2017

At the Borough championships held on Tuesday 9th May at Harrow School, Sacred Heart yet again had a very successful day. All three teams won their age groups and some girls gave exceptional performances. Notable ones were Roli Omamuli who jumped 1.50m in the High Jump and ran 12.4secs in the 100m, Ibilola Isakpa who won the Discus, Jade Spencer-Smith who won both the Long Jump and Shot, Holly Tate who came a very close 2nd in the 100m, Seyi Adeyanju who came 2nd in both the Long Jump and High Jump, her sister Ade Adeyanju who also came 2nd in her Long Jump compeition and Paulina Boguszewicz won the three events – 300m Hurdles, 300m and the Triple Jump. These fabulous results were supported by the other brilliant results from the other athletes. Eleven girls have been selected to represent Harrow in the up-coming Middlesex championships.
