Last year the Year 7s were raising money for their charity, Mary’s Meals, through various charity events. These events included cake sales, guess the number of sweets in a jar, up-cycling and the famous stayover. They raised a staggering £1,236.00 which they presented to a representative from the charity during an assembly on Friday 6^th October. They also watched a very thought-provoking film showing the work of the charity and how much difference their contribution will make. The new year 7s will now have a target to beat, whilst year 8 focus their efforts on their new charity, Sisters of Our Lady of the Missions, the founders of our school.
